Peeps Project
The peeps project was a different kind of project I would not mid doing again. It had good parts to it including working with other people, thinking creatively, and using objects not many people use to sculpt. My favorite part about this project was that we got to tell a story using marshmallows which is very different. It helped improve my creative space and helped me create and work with other people. While I was working with other people I was also having fun doing it which was also a great thing. My group and I created a scene that takes place in a prison with a cup as a watchtower and the guard shooting the peeps that are trying to escape.
Community Project
The community project was probably my favorite project. In this project, we did something similar to the peeps project but different. We still used recyclable objects to create something. But this time we were creating a community. This just had to be a location and we had to explain why we chose that location and how we should unite people to work together. My group and I were kind of stuck on what to build. At first we were going to build a tree house. Then we were thinking of other ideas like a prison. However, we ended up creating a factory. We related our factory to how we were working. As a community. We were working together and that is how we decided to build a factory. A factory is a place where people work together and realize if they didn't work together they would get no work done. This relates with community because without each other, we would not get things done as efficiently. We would be lost without each other. We were trying to show how working together helps build and unite a community and helps it become a stronger place for good reasons. The colors represent different feelings in a community and how without those things, our community wouldn't be the way it is or the way it should be.
